Shipping and Returns
Once your package has been sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- $10 - Standard Shipping: 5-12 working days
- $15 - Express Shipping: 1-5 working days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Australia Post directly - auspost.com.au.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All items are carefully checked over before being packaged. Please take into consideration the fragile nature of crystals, some small chips and dislodging may occur during transit which is expected in some crystal types.
Returns
We assess each return and refund enquiry on a case by case basis. We are confident that you will love our product, but if you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange or a refund. You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item.
Please note: Returns are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or change of mind.
Crystals are natural minerals each beautiful and unique in pattern, therefore no two crystals will ever be the same, and since it is made by Mother Earth it may have some natural blemishes.
Please reference all photos and dimensions before making your purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be made at the discretion of Zealous & Co.
If you would like to exchange an item you have received, please contact us.
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your return excluding any shipping costs, and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can offer a full refund for the item only (excluding return shipping costs).
Breakages
In the unfortunate event that you have received a candle which has broken during transit, please email us within 24-hours of receiving the item with a photo of the box, and the broken candle inside the box. We will replace the broken candle for you within 5-days not including postage time.
